Hand carved frog created in Ginuwine Hawaiian basalt rock this is a dense very hard Stone. The approximate dimensions are 8.5 in tall 7 in wide and 4.5 in deep it’s got a flat base so it’s an excellent paperweight it’s approximately is 8 lb 8 oz very heavy for the size of Rock. The photos show the piece wet which darkens the stone you can also darken the stone like how it appears when it’s wet if you apply an oil like a mineral oil or olive oil or many other oils that you have lying around the house. The pictures also show the piece dry.. The side has initial «SL» for Shawn-Lawrence signed artwork. This is a great investment and addition to any collector of Fine Art. This piece it’ll be around for thousands and thousands of years unlike artwork done on a piece of paper with pigments.
