The shape is cut from thick Baltic Birch unfinished plywood by using a high-powered laser. The edges are charred a darkish brown but smooth (see second picture for details), so no sanding is needed. Ready to paint or stain. If you are looking for a different size, shape or thickness just let us know. We can also do (3/8″) Some shapes are too fragile to cut 1-2″. 1″ size come in sets of 2 per quantity ordered. Select size and quantity in the drop down tabs. Size is measured from the longest dimension. We measure from the furthest point to the furthest point.
