What to do if you don’t receive your item or your item arrives damaged/incorrect?You can expect your item to arrive 3-10 business days from the time you order. If you are concerned about your item please do not hesitate to contact us through eBay’s messaging system. If your item arrives later than expected or if it arrives damaged, please give us the opportunity to resolve any problems. We will work hard to resolve any issues as fast as we can. If there is damage please send a picture prior to applying. We cant replace the decal due to installation issues. Please Follow installation instructions!We can cut this decal in virtually any size or any color you like. Vinyl is now available in many shades including metallic colors and neon colors. If you would like a different size or a different color other than what is shown, please ask us before buying.
Application:To apply to the surface of your choice: Decals are designs for mostly flat/hard surfaces. If you have questions about the surface you want to apply it to please contact us before purchase!(PEEL THE BACK OFF BEFORE YOU APPLY THE DECAL. The paper backing comes off leaving the letters on the clear «sticky» portion. Apply to the surface of your choice. Once applied use a credit card/squeegee or something of that nature to apply pressure to the decal to make sure it adheres best. Once done, PEEL AWAY THE TOP CLEAR PRE-MASK LEAVING JUST THE DECAL). 
Always make sure the surface is clean prior to applying to allow maximum adhesion!Do not clean surfaces with products containing ammonia such as windex. Try to use soap and water. A couple drops of Dawn Soap and water would be plenty. Then dry the surface completely prior to application.
