Your decal is going to consist of three layers: the top «mask» layer, the middle «decal» layer and the bottom «transfer» layer. To apply the decal, simply remove the application layer from the decal, position it on the surface you want it on, smooth down the decal with a flat piece of plastic (credit card for example) and peel off the masking layer.
