Use a 32oz spray bottle.Fill with water and 6 drops of baby shampoo or dish soap…Shake. 3.Lay decal upside down and peel the cardboard paper off.. This will expose the numbers sticky side. (DONT LET THE WIND BLOW IT AROUND OR LET IT STICK TO IT’S SELF) 4. Spray enough soap and water mixture to the exposed sticky side of the decal and the area you want to stick it. 5.
