Both show signs of light to general wear from previous use, age, and storage/display. The wooden insert on the top one also has wedged slightly out of place, you can see a line of where the original line was (pictured).

Originally I thought that the bird was made of Lucite. Upon closer inspection, it does look, feel, & sound like it may be made of glass. The bird did in fact, look to be almost an exact match to most of the Urshults.
