This item is brand new in original packaging but has a few flaws (see last two pictures). I could not get a clear picture because of the reflection. The frame is 11 1/2 inches long and 9 1/2 wide. It fits photo size 5 x 7. The frame is very heavy; almost four pounds. Please look at the pictures carefully. If you have any questions, please contact me.
