It is a beautiful black text that is permanent. These plates are for indoor use only. If you require tracking, you will need to contact me prior to paying for your item and I will adjust the invoice and add shipping with tracking for an additional $4.75. We usually ship within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared and tag information is received. USPS First Class mail usually takes from 2-5 business days for delivery. Please keep in mind that Sundays and Holidays effect delivery times. The date given by eBay is an ESTIMATED delivery date.Unfortunately we can’t control the speed of the USPS.
