The lowercase and upper case letters are the same.The letter or number is cut from 1/8” or 1/4” (Plywood less than 1” is usually sold by nominal thickness so 1/8” is actually 7/64” or 2.7mm and 1/4” is actually 7/32” or 5.5mm) Baltic Birch unfinished plywood by using a high-powered laser. The edges are charred a darkish brown but smooth, so no sanding is needed. They are ready to paint or stain.The size is based on the height of the character. The size is based on the uppercase alphabet.
