This is Kim Anderson’s (NBM Bahner Studios AG)A Little Bit of Heaven figurine (1996) from the Pretty As A Picture series (246999). It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Kim Anderson is an alias for photographer Bertram Bahner. His Pretty As A Picture line of figurines began production in 1996. Bahner’s models for his photos and thus the figurines are his family, esp his children. Bahner’s company NBM Bahner Studios AG hired the art licensing agency Alaska Momma Inc from New York to market the Kim Anderson Brand in the US. Alaska Momma contracted with Enesco to produce the figurines until their contract ended in 2003. The licensing rights to the Kim Anderson brand in the US are currently held by Big Tent Entertainment Inc. The European company who also manages by Alaska Momma. I explain this history because some later figurines do not have the name Kim Anderson on them, but instead have the NBM Bahner Studios AG name. They are all considered Pretty As A Picture figurines.
