Pull overlay layer back slowly and decal will cling to it. Take a plastic card and squeegee the overlay layer down. Just to be sure it is adhered. Slowly pull back overlay from a corner. They will securely adhere to any smooth, mostly flat surface, such as doors, non textured walls, windows.
