Please notify us and we will provide an RMA number, which you will need to include with your return. Once an RMA is issued, the return must be shipped within 7 days. Returns with no RMA will not be accepted. There are no returns on custom items. We offer rods and tassels at discounted prices when sold with a tapestry. If a tapestry is returned without the rod or the tassels, you will be charged the regular retail price for those items not returned.
