These are Precision-Cut (aka Die-Cut) Vinyl Decals. There is No Background or Clear Backing. The Background is Whatever You Apply it to. There is a photo posted which demonstrates how the decals are applied. For best results, I would recommend waiting for at least 20-30 minutes between steps 4 – 5.
