I believe this was from Lilian Vernon but there is no marking to indicate it so I can’t say for sure. This was my mother’s and she often bought from that catalogue. There is some tarnish/spots and the brass balls at the end of the hooks are not as shiny as the rest of the sign. I have not tried polishing it.
