These book ends immediately caught our eye. We love the speckled, almost marble like design on it. Unfortunately, we have way too many bookends and not enough books to use them. There are two small little chipped areas but are truly hard to identify because they blend in with the design of the book ends. There are currently felt circles on the bottoms to protect surfaces but can be removed. These would be pretty elegant on a bookshelf and a nice conversation piece.
